Anna Schlüter holds a master’s degree in Media and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands (2018–2020). Following that, she worked as a Consultant for Corporate Social Responsibility at Stakeholder Reporting in Hamburg (2020–2022). She then joined the University of Kassel as a research assistant and PhD candidate at the Chair of Sustainability Management (2023–2025).

Since August 2025, she has been continuing her doctoral research at the TUM Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability. Her PhD focuses on social inequalities and the changing nature of work.
