Tatjana Stierle earned her bachelor's degree (2019-2022) in business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim – with partner company Sortimo International GmbH – and her master's degree (2022-2025) in sustainability management at the University of Kassel. As part of her master's program, she studied for one semester at the University of Minho in Portugal (Erasmus program).
As a research assistant, Tatjana is involved in the AmSeL project (Detection of Modern Slavery in Extended Supply Chains), which aims to support social actors in classifying and assessing the risk of modern slavery cases using a machine learning tool. In addition to social sustainability, she is particularly interested in the circular economy and circular supply chains, which she combined in her Master's thesis on stakeholder impact in circular supply chains.
